Thank God for a great week learning the book of Genesis. The book of beginnings has much principles and life values and applications. It's been a real blessing to know how God loves me despite my sins and is willing to send His only Son, Jesus, to die for me on the cross some 2000 years ago. Thank God for His overflowing grace, His unfailing love and His plan to save man.

Ephesians 2:8-9 (memory verse 1)

For by faith we have been saved through faith, that not of ourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.

James 4:6 (memory verse 2)

But he gives us more grace. That is why Scripture says: "God opposes the proud but shows favor to the humble."
