Day 3 - 20 nov 2009

another day that's packed with activities for all of us to learn and think!:D we were to meet at 7am for morning devotions and then have breakfast. we left for Davao Christian High School (DCHS) after that and was given a free and easy time to roam around the school in our own small groups. the pupils were having their Math and Science week and that very day was the last day of the week:) we were very grateful to be able to participate in it, just for fun, to feel what it's like to be in their shoes:D the students are really hyper and being among them really made us feel warm. that was the first part of our programme that day. the next was lunch and we were supposed to go to their school's canteen to have our meal. however, the DCHS teachers-in-charge decided to take us to an open-air restaurant to have our meal. it was a delicious, Filipino meal. next, it was time to get back to DCHS for the mass Math and Science Quiz. this was where we came in:D we were to select 4 pupils among ourselves to join the level quizes. for Year 2 (Sec 2), Chanel, Christina, Janson and I. for Year 3 (Sec 3), Casandra, Germin, Shawn and Xiang Kang. and lastly, for Year 4 (Sec 4), Eileen and Josh. after that part, te rest of the day was mostly relax. we went for dinner at a shopping mall and had 2hours to shop. then when we returned to the hotel and it was learning and sharing session:)
